FAQs

The pilot with Leeds Teaching Hospital has ended, what does this mean for me?

In February 2024, Leeds Teaching Hospital launched a ground-breaking initiative to support individuals with Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Although the pilot has come to an end you can still continue using and benefit from the app! The only difference is that your clinicians are no longer using Neu Health’s Clinician Dashboard.

Will I lose my progress in the Neu Health app?

Your results to date will remain the same, as will your overall app experience. You can continue completing the motor and cognition exercises to monitor your condition, track symptoms and medications, and explore educational resources to support day-to-day management.

Can I still access my results?

Yes – you can still access your results through your personal dashboard.

Can my clinical teams still see my results?

While the clinician does not have direct access to your data, you’re welcome to share insights from your app and personal dashboard when you see them.

What does this mean for my data?

Details on how Neu Health handles data can be found in our Privacy Policy. If you would like Neu Health to take any action regarding your data, please contact support@neu.health.

What if I no longer want to continue using the Neu Health App?

You’re welcome to stop using / delete the app at any time. No need to notify Neu Health or your clinicians unless you require additional technical or clinical support.

Still have questions?

You can contact us here or at support@neu.health anytime. You can also reach us via our support line 03300430939 between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Our team are happy to help!

For questions about your condition or care, please contact your clinical team directly.

 Thank you!

Thank you for being part of our journey so far — we’re grateful for your participation, and we hope the app continues to support you in managing your Parkinson’s day to day.
